We aim to ensure timely delivery of products and materials based on your order details, dispatch times, and the terms of supply by ConstructionWala.com or the supplier.
Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery under the terms below.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, you can return it.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products: If the received product is defective or malfunctioning, you are eligible for a return.

Replacement Unavailability: If you request a replacement and the supplier is unable to provide one, we will issue a refund instead (7-10 working days).
Full or Partial Replacement: Replacements can be for the entire product or parts of it, subject to availability from the manufacturer.
Delivery Inspection: Products must be inspected at the time of delivery. Claims will only be entertained for manufacturing defects after delivery.
Size or Color Issues: Customer bears shipping and replacement charges. Refundable value can be used for future purchases.
Defective products will be verified by a service engineer or customer care head within 48 hours of reporting.
Products damaged due to misuse or incidental malfunction damage.
Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
Products with missing or tampered parts or packaging.
Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellations or modifications must be initiated before dispatch. A new order will be generated for modified quantities.
Full refund if item is unavailable. If item is available but cancelled by customer, a 2% gateway charge will be deducted.
