You can track your order by clicking on the 'Track Order' link in the footer or by visiting your Account dashboard. Enter your Order ID and Phone number to get real-time status updates.
To request a return, go to your Orders section, select the item you want to return, and click on 'Request Return'. Ensure the request is made within 7 days of delivery and the item is in its original condition.
Once your return is picked up and verified, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. For cancellations, refunds are initiated immediately.
We support all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS for bulk orders.
